Returns & Eligibility
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be:
In the same condition you received it
Unworn / unused
With all tags attached
In its original packaging
Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, including:
Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants, etc.)
Custom or personalized items
Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Sale items and gift cards (non-refundable)

Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to first complete a return request.
Once your return is accepted, you can purchase the item you prefer as a separate order.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without needing to provide justification.
Items must still be returned in the same condition you received them:
unworn, unused, with tags, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved.
If approved:
Your refund will be issued to your original payment method, usually within 10 business days.
Your bank or credit card company may require extra time to process the refund.
